Time travel to the past or future

 I want to travel to the past, because I could choose which historical period to visit, such as the Mayans, Aztecs, and Incas. Because they had advanced methods of irrigation, agriculture, and engineering. They practiced religions, were experts in astronomy and mathematics, had languages, created art, and played games. Latin America has an incredible heritage, which I would like to know. I would not know if I would like to stay, I would have to see with my own eyes what it is like, but most likely not because I am not good at survival and I am afraid that some wild animal will eat me, and that is a tragic and painful death. Unlike if he were noble, maybe he would have another kind of life, but I see it as complicated since they were organized hierarchically into four social classes: the nobility, the priesthood, the commoners, and the slaves. In addition, they were very skilled for the plantations, they were basically farmers; they grew corn; they used the technique of "la rosa" which consists of cutting and burning the forest before sowing, they also cultivated beans, coconut, sweet potato, squash, avocado, guava, tobacco, and cotton. And I do not have many skills, but nature would be completely clean, without any contamination, as it is seen today, I would have to learn many new things and customs but in the imagination, because sadly you cannot travel to the past. :(
